We offer free shipping and returns on orders $50+ within the continental United States.
Shipments to US territories such as Puerto Rico will be sent via USPS only. An additional charge may be required for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories.
*Please note: Orders with a value of $1,000 or greater will require a signature upon delivery.
Items with a maximum value of $675 will be shipped via USPS insured Priority Mail. The shipping cost for USPS Priority Mail is $50.
Items with a value in excess of $675 will be shipped via UPS International Express at a cost of $80. The maximum online value allowed for orders shipped to Canada is $1,000.
Arrangements for purchasing items over $1,000 can be requested by emailing websales@longsjewelers.com or calling 781.262.5839. Customers shipping to Canada should be aware that additional fees for customs, tax and duty could add approximately 20% to the purchase price upon delivery.
Other than Canada, we do not offer international ordering online. Depending on international customs restrictions, we may be able to ship to certain countries. Arrangements for such purchases can be requested by emailing websales@longsjewelers.com or calling 781.262.5839.
Customers should allow 2-3 business days for their online order to be processed. Orders are typically shipped from our Burlington, MA location. Pieces that need to be transferred to our Burlington location from another Long’s store may take longer to ship. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the shipping label has been created.
Special orders may delay shipping time. We’ll notify you if this applies to your order.
Items with a value of $2,000 or more are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. To request upgraded shipping on an item under $2,000, email us at websales@longsjewelers.com, or call us at 781.262.5854. The additional shipping charges will be invoiced to you separately.
We are able to ship to a P.O. Box through standard USPS Priority Mail for orders up to $5,000. Registered Mail is available for orders in excess of $5,000.
Store pickup is available on in-stock items, Tuesday - Saturday. Please note, not all items are immediately available in all stores. If you request in-store pickup on your order, you will be notified when the item is available for pick-up in your designated location.
