A Long's Proposal Story: Kim & Pat

The very best Christmas present for this cute little family of three! Read on to see how Pat proposed to Kim with a surprise photoshoot and beautiful diamond ring. On behalf of the entire Long's team, congratulations and best of luck.

How did the two of you meet?

"Pat and I met through friends at the Hong Kong down in Boston’s Faneuil Hall."

How did he propose?

"Pat surprised me with arranging to have family photos taken of us and our son on Christmas Eve. I was so surprised because he doesn’t love to take photos. Halfway through the photo shoot he dropped to one knee and asked me to marry him! I was stunned, and so happy our best friend, who takes our photos and was in on it the whole time, was there to capture the moment."

Tell us about the engagement ring!

"The ring is a 2.5 carat round diamond with five diamonds on either side on the band. There is also detailing inside the prongs with smaller diamonds that really makes it special."
