Long's on Newbury St. with Patek Philippe

I had been eager to see the new location on Newbury st for the boutique of Patek Philippe by Long’s Jeweler. It was worth the wait! The location is stunning, absolutely beautiful and worth a visit! I’ve been a customer of Long’s jewelers for over a decade, starting from a Breitling, then moving to Rolex (at their great boutique across the street on Newbury), now moving up to Patek Philippe. I will be a lifelong customer of Long’s and their biggest fan.

I had an amazing experience working with both Vanessa & Marc. The customer service was outstanding, and the products were exactly what I was looking for. I went to a few different stores before Long’s and nothing was close to comparable. They went above and beyond to help me and delivered the items before the original deadline they provided. I had the opportunity to stop by the new Long’s & Patek Philippe boutique on opening day - It does not disappoint! The showroom, upstairs and down, is beautifully refined and well thought out. The Long’s staff remains a step above the rest. The staff is genuinely interested in making their existing and new clients happy. I met with Vanessa and she was fantastic to work with!
