A Long's Proposal Story: Margi & Dennis

The proposal story of Margi and Dennis:

My fiance and I picked out my engagement ring on June 16, 2012 at Long’s Jewelers in Burlington. Judd was the jeweler who assisted us and was wonderful to work with. We picked out the diamond and the setting and Judd told us if we went out to lunch and came back the ring would be ready. When we returned my fiance went with Judd to finish up the paper work. I was sitting on the stairs inside the store waiting for them to finish, but once my fiance had the ring he decided to just get down on his knee and propose in the store. Unbeknownst to us, Judd took some pictures with his cell phone and offered to email them to us so we would have a picture of “our special moment”.

We had such a nice experience at Long’s that we went back and purchased our wedding rings there in March at their wedding ring event. All the staff were friendly and helpful despite the large crowd that turned out for the event. Richard helped us select our wedding bands and Judd made a point of coming over and greeting us. Another great experience!
