Order Online, Pickup In Store

For safe and easy shopping, we are excited to offer pickup in store options for all Long’s Jewelers locations! If you choose to shop online, we can save you the trip by shipping directly to your home or you can select “pickup in store,” either curbside or in the store.

Pickup in store is easy and efficient! Simply follow these steps when shopping online:

• Once you are done shopping on LongsJewelers.com, go to your shopping bag.
• At the bottom of the checkout page, there are two options - “Shipping” or “Store Pickup.” Once you choose “Store Pickup,” you will then choose your pick-up location of choice.
• Click the checkout button to continue.
• You will confirm your pickup address on the next page, and then continue to payment to complete your transaction.
• An email will be sent to you confirming your order. 
• The store you selected for in-store pickup will email you to confirm when it is available. 
• If you would like to arrange for curbside pickup, please let the associate know when they email you to let you know your item is ready for pick up.

Please note that if you select store pickup, your purchase will be ready for pickup at your selected location within 2-5 business days. If your pickup time is more urgent, please email customerservice@longsjewelers.com to coordinate.
